How many letters can I include?

Most of our monograms are up to three letters, depending on the font and piece.

We also offer single initials and select name or word options.

How long does personalization take?

Our standard turnaround time for embroidery is approximately two weeks.
During peak seasons — such as holidays or back-to-school — please allow up to 14 business days.
Need it sooner? Email us before placing your order at orders@morrowandmain.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush request.

 Can I preview my monogram before ordering?

Our product images and curated examples are designed to give you a clear sense of placement and scale.

Where will my monogram be placed?

Each piece has a suggested placement (for example: top center of a pouch, pocket edge, cuff).

Can I return or exchange personalized items?

Because each personalized piece is made just for you, all custom orders are final sale.

If there’s ever an error on our end, we’ll make it right immediately.
