How many letters can I include?

Most of our monograms are up to three letters, depending on the font and item.
We also offer single-initial and name or word options on select pieces.
Each product page includes its available personalization options before checkout.

Can I add a custom logo, design, or crest?

Yes — we love custom work!

Our embroidery team can digitize your design for an additional fee.

How long does personalization take?

Our standard turnaround time for embroidery is approximately two weeks.
During peak seasons — such as holidays or back-to-school — please allow up to 14 business days.
Need it sooner? Email us before placing your order at orders@morrowandmain.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush request.

 Can I preview my monogram before ordering?

Yes!
When selecting your personalization, you’ll see a live font preview (powered by our monogram tool).
This is a visual reference only — our team adjusts spacing and stitching for perfect placement.

Where will my monogram be placed?

Each product has a suggested placement (e.g., top center of pouch, pocket edge, cuff).
You can review our full placement guide for visual references before ordering.

Can I return or exchange personalized items?

Because personalized pieces are made just for you, they are final sale.
If your order arrives with an error on our end, we’ll make it right immediately.
