Meet Lauryn
Meet the founder
Lauryn Cornish Robison
Founder, Morrow & Main

Her take is decidedly understated. Tone-on-tone embroidery. Unexpected placements. Initials you might have to look twice to notice.
The name
Morrow was her grandmother's maiden name. Main is a nod to the Connecticut Main Streets she grew up on — the kind with awnings, hand-lettered signs, and a shop owner who knew your order before you did.
Both halves of the name are a promise about how the work gets done: personally, and with someone specific in mind.
Before this
Lauryn spent years in corporate events — conferences, trade shows, and experiences staged across the country. It is a job made almost entirely of details nobody is supposed to notice, and it taught her the thing she still builds on: the smallest details leave the biggest impression.
The place cards. The monogrammed napkin. The one touch that made a room feel like it was built for the people in it.
Personalization that complements a piece instead of shouting from across the room.
How it's made
Every piece is designed and finished to a standard Lauryn sets herself — thread color, font, scale, and placement, chosen for the piece rather than applied to it. Nothing leaves the studio she hasn't signed off on.
It's also why the monogram advice here is real advice. Ask what would work best on a navy tote or a christening gown, and you'll get an actual answer.
Community over competition
Today, Lauryn is growing Morrow & Main while raising four children and continuing her nonprofit work. A firm believer in community over competition, she believes the strongest businesses are built not only by the people behind them, but by the people who champion them along the way.
Her mission: bring meaning back to the monogram.
